Welcome to StatsBar Pro ("the App"), developed and operated by Finn Schramm, trading as Finoxsoft ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of StatsBar Pro on macOS devices.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

StatsBar Pro does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information
  • We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
  • We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks
  • We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
  • We do not share any data with third parties
  • We do not create user profiles or accounts

All system metrics displayed in the App (CPU, RAM, GPU, Disk, Network, Battery) are processed exclusively on your local device and are never transmitted to any external server.

4. System Data Processing

The App accesses local system information solely to display real-time performance metrics on your macOS device. This processing occurs entirely on-device and does not involve any data collection, storage, or transmission by us.

5. In-App Purchase (Pro Version)

StatsBar Pro offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock Pro features. All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information. For details on how Apple handles your data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Support Contact

If you contact us by email for support, your email address and message content will be used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not store your email beyond the scope of your request, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for marketing.

Legal basis under GDPR: Art. 6(1)(b) — contract performance; Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in providing support.

7. Your Rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to any personal data we hold
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure of your personal data
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests

Since we do not collect personal data beyond support emails, most of these rights are not applicable in practice. To exercise any right, contact us at support@finoxsoft.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the LDI NRW: www.ldi.nrw.de.

8. Children's Privacy

StatsBar Pro does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation or submission of personal information.

9. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data. Support emails are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not systematically stored beyond the resolution of the inquiry.

10. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services. The only third-party interaction is the App Store payment system operated by Apple Inc.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Welcome to CarManager ("the App"), developed and operated by Finn Schramm, trading as Finoxsoft. CarManager is a vehicle management app for iOS and macOS that helps you track fuel, mileage, and maintenance. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of CarManager.

3. Data Processing

CarManager stores all data you enter (vehicles, fuel records, trips, maintenance logs) exclusively on your device using local on-device storage (Core Data / SwiftData). This data is:

  • Never transmitted to our servers or any third-party server
  • Optionally synced via your personal iCloud account if you enable iCloud Sync in Settings — in this case Apple's iCloud infrastructure is used, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
  • Never used for analytics, advertising, or profiling

We do not collect any personal data. All data entered into the App belongs to you.

4. Location Data

CarManager may request access to your location solely to assist with trip logging features, if you choose to use them. Location data is processed exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device Settings.

5. In-App Purchase

CarManager may offer optional purchases to unlock features. All transactions are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. We do not receive or store payment data. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

If you contact us by email, your address and message are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not store or share this data beyond the scope of your request.

7. Your Rights under GDPR

You have the same rights as described under StatsBar Pro § 7. Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times — you can delete it directly within the App or by uninstalling it. Contact: support@finoxsoft.com.

8. Children's Privacy

CarManager does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

9. Third-Party Services

CarManager does not integrate third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Optional iCloud Sync uses Apple's infrastructure only.
